Return window
Yail Clothing accepts return and refund requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Free from stains, damage, or alterations
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Non-returnable items
Certain categories of products are excluded from returns and refunds:
Final sale items Clearance merchandise Custom or made-to-order pieces

Return process
Contact our customer support team within the eligible return window, quoting your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return the item to the address provided, or schedule a reverse pickup where available.
All returned items undergo a quality inspection before refund approval.

Refund timeline
Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour instead of a refund? Exchanges can be requested within the same 7-day window, subject to product availability.

Damaged or incorrect items
Any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images, so we can arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
